USUSThe property is located in the center of lot of stores and entertainment facilities.
Check in was very difficult and confusing. Did not like the fact that the code that was given by the owner/manager was only valid for an hour. So if you’re out and coming back late at night it was very hard to get the code. Though the property owner told us that we can call them anytime to get the code but it felt weird to call someone around 1 or 2 at night to get the code for the door.
USThe host had done a lot to make the property cozy and welcoming. She was most helpful and kind when i I had an unfortunate situation with the Keys. And had to have the lock changed.

USThis place & space was amazing, the property manager was amazing and very helpful with no issues at anytime (quite literally). The only problem that ever occurred was on my check out day & it was just an issue with the app that allows you to access the building but the property manager was very helpful and let me in when i needed via temp access (which was still no issues). The place is on a strip with a lot of food places and it is close to a lot of things/activities to do as well. The neighborhood was nice and wasn’t too noisy (honestly wasn’t really noisy at all) even though it is on a main street. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay agin whenever I’m visiting houston again.
USGreat location and facilities
Overly complex instructions to access the property - owner had to guide us live over the phone through various entrances, doors, places within the property. Not what I expected or needed after a long drive to Houston. We had to alert the owner when we were returning to the property after business hours so she could send us a (one hour) timed digital key to get back in to the property. This put us in an awkward position as we didn’t want to have to interrupt her at 2:00 am but did not want to have our experience interrupted.
