Bed was comfortable

The keys didnt work to get through the sidewalk gates and when we called there was no help and we had to wait in the rain for another resident staying to walk out and let us in as we were told from the office that no one was going to come and help us. We also received an email from a second full charge made on a Mastercard that we don't own and again we we made contact regarding this we were told it was our issue to sort. Very very bad customer service.

Terrible customer service

Convenient. Easy walk to everything we needed. Close to public transport, left the car in lock up garage for most of our stay.

The facilities were good. Bed was comfy. Dishwasher not working.

The customer service was appalling. It took over an hour to get our keys sorted, and in that time we were having to drive round and round, because the lock box was not working, and they were continually having to reset. When it was time to leave, we struggled to understand why we would have to leave the keys in the room, when you needed the key fob to open the gate. This was even a mission to explain to customer service. so they organised the lock box again, and again same box that was not working when we arrived. I would never stay again due to the lack of good customer service.
