Vicinanza all’aeroporto e mare

Nulla, sono arrivato a mezzanotte e me ne sono andato la mattina.

Il lido molto bello e attrezzato benissimo con lo staff gentile e disponibile compensa un mare non certo da sogno.

Arriviamo e non risultava la nostra prenotazione già pagata su booking. Fortunatamente una volta appurato che il pagamento era avvenuto e la prenotazione esisteva ci hanno dato l'ultima camera disponibile. Non un granchè, mobilio datato e porta del balcone che a stento si apre e quasi ti cade in testa. A colazione un sacco di ragazzetti che girano in sala parlando tra loro ma nessuno che ti accoglie e soprattutto ti serve la parte caffetteria. Per giunta al check out previsto per le 11 alle 11e15 hanno iniziato a chiamare insistentemente al telefono della camera e al cellulare. Fortunatamente stavamo scendendo. Ospitalità portami via in questo presunto quattro stelle.

Beautiful views, nice pool, many places to sun bathe.

The pool requires a swimming cap and this was not posted anywhere on property or shared on the website. You must bring your own towel to the pool and beach. It was very disappointing for us to not be able to get in the pool. Communication regarding everything was very limited- breakfast times, pool/beach info, restaurant on property, bar info, etc. The waiters and waitresses at the breakfast, as well as the dinner restaurant on property were very unhappy,never smiled and interactions with them were unpleasant. We felt as though we were a burden. When we asked about a hamburger during lunch at the restaurant (as seen on a previous review from the restaurant) the waitress was extremely rude and stated “this is not McDonalds”. Very uncalled for and they did not receive our business. The lunch menu is the same as the dinner and is extremely fancy for a lunch on a beach- they would draw more business with a different lunch menu. This hotel could do much better with a friendlier staff and better communication.

Top Lage am Meer mit eigenen Beach Club und sehr nahe zum Flughafen! Bewachter Parkplatz! Wir nutzten das Hotel als Zwischen Nächtigung vor dem Heimflug. Da der Abflug sehr früh war, wurde uns ein Breakfast „bag“ angeboten, das war toll- Danke!

Unser Zimmer war schon älter, jedoch sehr sauber!

Gedateerd; scheur in laken; versleten handdoeken; geen transfer naar luchthaven zoals wordt toegezegd in de hotelinformatie (zou te vroeg zijn 7.30 uur/ terwijl de hotelvan voor de deur stond)/moesten maar taxi bestellen/de dag voor vertrek gedaan:maar bleek niet gedaan/moest toen vlak voor vertrek alsnog gedaan worden/verkopen wel buskaartjes voor openbaar vervoer maar hebben geen informatie over het busvervoer anders dan vertrektijden vanaf beginpunt/ restaurant met lunchtijd gesloten
