This hotel is in a great location with just a short walk into the market, old town etc and is quiet. Very clean and Sơn the guy on the desk is exceptionally helpful. He took me in his car to Lung Cu, LoLo Village, stopping for photos , as a day trip and drove me to my next place to stay at Ma Pi Leng Pass where there was no public transport, xe om or taxi. He is amazing despite limited English and my basic Vietnamese, we used google translate.

For a town that is very cold it was dissapointing when we arrived that the heater wasnt working and had, no water at all. went to reception and was no one there. Finally someone showed up and we checked another room and was the same. Nothing working at all. Got my money back and left.

Location and kind staff.

The hotel was very cold, and the air conditioning couldn’t be switched to heating mode. They only had one portable heater, even though we stayed in two rooms. Cleanliness could have been better, and there was mold on the wall. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Only stayed one night arrived late vacated early so cannot comment

Near to center. Clean, quiet and comfortable...all you need.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also good since it’s quite near the downtown area. Overall it’s good value.
