Location, clean, towels

Kirchen with 3 Cups. Open Windows in the Balcony was tricky, keys complicated.

All the rooms in the apartment were very spacious.Located in the centre of Burgos,you could walk everywhere from there.Cathedral was about 10min walk.Cover parking just outside (€19 per day) and a patisserie right next door

Instructions indicated apartment 1D,really is like a second floor with no lift,30+ stair steps. Apartment was too hot,we did not dare to open old balcony windows ,they look like could fell apart if you touch them.Felt like being in a green house even with the cooling tower on.No curtains in the rooms.The shutter in the double bed will not close meaning we got the sun light first thing in the morning . Shutter in room with the 2 single beds will not open,all dark all day. Water pressure in the shower very weak.

Location, kitchen was modern, beds were comfortable

Manager didn’t give any instructions about entry time and instructions till very late. Very complicated instructions for getting into the apartment including opening the front door with your own mobile phone. It seemed ridiculously complicated. The apartment we were told was 1D. You would expect to be on 1st floor. Nope, 2nd. No doors had numbers, including 1D, you had to guess. It was difficult. I said this to manager and he basically said we were stupid, very rude message. There were no instructions for anything, WiFi, complex key and door lock, kitchen, TV etc. kitchen had pans but no spatula, or large spoons etc for using in the pans, no potato peeler, garlic crush, the things you expect. Completely bare kitchen supplies except salt and nasty tasting coffee pods. No oil or small seasonings or sugar. Other rentals have all these things. Towels were hard as a rock and the place was not too clean. Manager had only Spanish so had to translate, even though they knew we were English speaking. But, like I say location was central.

It was a nice apartment in the middle of the city centre. Everything we needed was in the apartment.

Maybe a airconditioning needed in case it is very warm outside. In our case the temperature was not that high, but when it's really warm it will be very warm inside as well I think.

The location is amazing

Location and everything needed for a short stay was available.

No dishwasher pods and smelly sponge scourer, no hand soap in the toilet. Greasy pans in the kitchen.

The location could not have been better! It was perfect! The host was very helpful with recommendations of what to see and where to eat, and kindly let us leave our suitcases in the apartment after checkout time so we didn’t have to carry them round on the last day. It was excellent value for money too.

There was no kettle, which we expected to be standard in a self-catering apartment - but we got round this by boiling water in a pan, so not a big problem.

Very close to the center but well-insulated windows and couldn’t hear much noise even we stayed during the festival time. Big enough for a family. The check in was easy. The staffs responded very quickly

We wish there were some more details like dishwasher tablets and kitchen rolls as we arrived on the time the shops were shut. The bathroom was a bit old and showere wasn’t very practical but other spaces were okay.
