Ubicación.

El sillón sucio ,no habia papel de baño y hay un hueco en el techo

Nada, era un zulo sin ventanas, lleno de humedad y de suciedad.

Todo.Estaba todo sucio, lleno de suciedad, de pelos por todos lados, sábanas sucias. No puedes cocinar.Humedad pir todos lados, sin ventanas, sin papel higiénico.

This was by far one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced, and it is completely unacceptable for a property like this to be listed for rental. The bedroom and the bathroom were full of mold — on the walls, inside the shower, and around the sink. The entire apartment had a strong, suffocating smell of mold that made it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. The house was extremely dirty. It smelled terrible, there was even a cockroach, and the bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation. Another very important issue is that the apartment is on the ground floor, something that was NOT mentioned anywhere in the Booking listing and should have been clearly stated. The host was unprofessional and not helpful. We asked if we could check in a bit earlier or at least leave our luggage somewhere, and he told us it was not possible because the house was being cleaned. We ended up waiting outside for 2 hours with our bags, only to enter a house that was in a terrible condition. He then claimed it had been cleaned the previous day, which was clearly not true, as there was trash on the floor. At one point, we accidentally left the key inside and needed help to get back in. The host was minimally responsive. We asked him to arrange someone for us since we are tourists and do not know any local contacts, but instead he told us to call someone ourselves. We explained that we didn’t know who to contact, yet he still provided very little assistance. We ended up waiting outside for 3 hours, while he showed almost no concern and barely responded to our messages. On top of that, we had to pay €120 to resolve the issue. Because of the mold, we had to move the mattress into the living room and sleep there for 4 nights with the bedroom door closed, as my sister has a sensitivity to mold and became sick.

La ubicación cerca del metro y lugares para comer y cenar

Sofá sucio, tenía utensilios de cocina, pero no tenía fuegos para cocinar, el hervidor de agua no funcionaba, olía muchísimo a humedad, en la habitación había una ventana en el techo con mucha humedad, y entraba muchísima luz...precio muy elevado para el apartamento que es, además es un bajo a calle...que tampco lo indicaba.

Más o menos moderno.

En cuanto a la limpieza, muy muy sucio, tuvimos que fregar el suelo porque estaba lleno de pelos. Cubiertos entre poco y nada. Almohadas 2 para 4 personas. Y un sofá cama que no pudimos abrir.

Nada !!

Nada nos gustó !! El sofá da asco de lo manchando que está !! Baño sucio, la ducha tiene las paredes cochinas llenas de moho por falta de aseo !! La ducha tiene el sifón tapado, puedes coger hongos ya que el agua se queda estancada ( un destapa cañerías es económico ) el lavamanos igual, sucio por los bordes; da asco !! El piso lleno de tierra, y no hacen limpieza a la lámpara, ni a la mesa de de centro que está al lado del TV . Pedimos ayuda para prender la calefacción ya que el aparcamiento es frío, y no nos ayudaron, dieron una mala respuesta, que al otro día iría alguien iría mirar el problema y nadie pasó !!!! Así que mala atensión al cliente. No volveremos !!!
