Die Wohnung war groß und nett eingerichtet.

Kein brauchbarer Außenbereich! Besitzer war nicht sofort erreichbar bei Fragen . Hinterhof nicht schön . Kein Schneidebrett vorhanden . Waschmaschine läuft nicht ab.

The location is PERFECT. Quiet and safe, a lot of restaurants around the area, the apartment is big and comfortable

The apartment need a loving hand to improve the facilities - one door at the kitchen cabinet was broken, a knife was broken, the bath divider was old and could be renovated, no kettle in the kitchen, no air-condition in this specific apartment and is needed in the summer...
