The sinks in the bathroom were very small

The cleanliness, the facilities were all excellent.

The only very small problem, was on my check out day, I was due to check out at 11am. However the cleaner came to clean the house at 10am. The lady was approachable and kind enough to not only wait in her car for an hour. But I was allowed to keep my luggage in the property until 12am.

The property was well located and very nice. Fully equipped with everything for a five persons stay. Very good communication with landlord to solve any issues. Highly recommended. I will definitely be staying here for my next visit.

Nice home which accommodated all the family. Close to centre of town. Lovely big garden for summer weather. Would use again when down visiting family

Absolutely beautiful home, every room was spotless and very nicely decorated, I had an issue with the heating and the host was more than happy to come and help if I wished for them to, had an amazing stay and already booked again for my next visit to Bury

The furniture is my kind of taste. The availability of toilets and showers upstairs and downstairs. I liked that they accepted my daughter’s cat to come with us for Christmas. The host was easily reachable and polite. I was nice and warm in the house. Loved being given free WiFi. The host offered to lend me jump leads when my car wouldn't start. The host posted my electric pan leads that I had left in the kitchen. I will certainly be using the place again. I loved the neat garden.

I am used to parking on my own drive and garage, the street parking was a bit too tight and I kept thinking someone will catch my mirrors. It is not anything the host can change as there is no space around there. I will not bring my big car.

The property is modern and well fitted with modern equipment, certainly with all amenities we required.

It wasn't particularly a problem for us (2 males) but the property was quite dusty in areas. Not a difficult issue to resolve just needs a good one-off deep clean.

The arrival instructions from the host were really clear, the electronic keylock easy to use. The whole house was extremely clean, warm on arrival and had clearly been recently refurbished. Facilities great, with fully functional kitchen and Sky TV. Great that there were 3x bathroom and showers as well to match the number of bedrooms (one of these were ensuite). I liked the hosts light touch check in online as well to ensure everything was ok, and was very responsive to a query/comment I had. The street parking was ample and there was a spot outside the house so I didn't feel awkard like I was parking in anyone's space. I noted the spacious garden and sheltered area which would be great in warmer weather.

It's hard to fault, especially when considering the price paid. I'd be concerned that some of the fixtures (kitchen tap, bedroom wardrobe, downstair toilet seat) may not last many more guests as they felt a little flimsy in fitting/construction but they worked for me and didn't impact my stay.

The location was fine. Accessible to Bury, but also far enough out to make parking easy. Very accessible from M66. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this property a place where it would be fun to stay, as well as convenient. We thought it was great that there were three separate shower/toilets, and all were well equipped. We loved the movement lights on the actual stairs, which is a wonderful touch, in a house you don't know. We also thought the kitchen was extremely well appointed, and everything was easy to use. Lovely place to stay.

There was NOTHING that we didn't like. When we stayed at the property, we were clearly one of the first ever to go there. There were two power sockets in the lounge which didn't work (though plenty more, which did) there was a window in one bedroom which was slightly cracked, and there were still labels on one or two things. (These are all what I would describe as 'snagging 'issues and I only mention them as I feel absolutely confident that this will result in them being dealt with. We also thought that the dining furniture, while very lovely, might turn out a little impractical. (A slightly scary place to drink red wine, for example?) The bedrooms could maybe do with power sockets on BOTH sides of the bed (given modern tech) and we had three towels for four people. (Not a problem, but would have been good to know.) BUT.... none of these things detracted in any way from a very good experience, and - since we have family in Bury - we would be more than happy to stay again.
