"Disappointing and Frustrating Experience"

I arrived at the specified address around 7 PM only to find no information on how to get inside. After calling the provided phone number, I was told that the apartment had already been rented out. Later, I received an email from the host stating that my reservation was canceled due to technical issues in the apartment (a burst pipe). They could not offer any alternative accommodations. To date, I have not received a refund, and the booking has not been officially canceled on the Booking.com website.
