It's a good clean place.

That area has been going backwards for years.

Very nice place to stay. All staff here friendly.

The aircon worked great

Unfortunately the place is just a little run down. Both of the towels and sheets had bad stains and there is drywall coming off and floor boards have all started coming apart also my bed was starting to fall apart and made a lot of noise when I moved. TV doesn't connect to anything so not much point to it. The place is nice but could just do with a refresh.

The room was decent and clean enough; the only downside was the restaurant closes too early at 7.00pm, which means you have to look for food outside of the property. However staff were moderately friendly and it's very close to social amenities and Kuta Beach.
