House was spacious and would’ve been lovely for our weekend stay

Boiler didn’t work so unfortunately couldn’t stay at property as we had no heating and hot water. Hosts were accommodating and gave us a full refund so we could rebook somewhere else. Unfortunately couldn’t get hold of booking.com to get the refund through them so please don’t book this property on booking.com, please book through Air BNB instead!! In regards to actual property feedback- Toilet was noisy and water would come out of the tap when flushed. No oven gloves and not enough plates for 6 people Huge stains on the sofa so would not say it's suitable to sleep 8, would sleep 6 of us at a push and the linen was so thin.
