DEDie Lage ist gut. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig.
Kontakt mit dem Vermieter katastrophal. Vom zugesagten frühen check in war keine Rede mehr - Termin für die Schlüsselübergabe auszumachen war kaum möglich. Stunden vor der Unterkunft verbracht und versucht, den Vermieter unter der angegebenen Nummer zu kontaktieren...Vom zugesagten Parkplatz in der Nähe wusste der gute Mann auch nichts mehr. Wir waren kurz davor, uns etwas anderes zu suchen. Das Zimmer selbst sehr heruntergekommen und viel zu klein für vier Personen. W-Lan? "Not understand" - die Standardantwort. Diese Unterkunft war ihr Geld definitiv nicht wert.
ITTruffa. Ho prenotato per il 2/3 maggio e non ho potuto soggiornare. Avevo il check in alle 18:30 e nonostante i vari solleciti, non risposti, il titolare so è presentato alle 20:30 dicendo che non trovava le chiavi e poi ha enunciato un problema di over Booking. Numero di telefono esposto su booking era inesistente. Per fortuna Booking mi ha supportato e trovato un ulteriore albergo.
FRPas de service chambre ce qui est indiqué a l'origine sur l'annonce, il faut sortir marcher 3min pour aller récupérer 1 boisson chaude et 1 vienoiserie dans une épicerie. Mur qui s'effrite de partout, accumulation de poussière de placo. Le compteur électrique ce trouve juste a côté du lit. Donc bruit sans interruption. Prise électrique sortie des murs. Annonce non respect sur tout point de vue cuisine non équipé a part four et plaque. Aucune boisson gâteau et j'en passe sont sur place. Aucune indication sur ou et comment accéder au logement 20min pour obtenir une réponse a ce sujet. Ouverture par le " proprio " d'un hall pour accéder au logement dans une cours commune. Par ailleurs photos mensongère concernant la coure également en plus que du logements et équipements.

DEL'hôte est super ! Il nous as aidé avec la réservation dernière minute après avoir eu une annulation. A l'écoute et répond très rapidement. Communication très facile.
ARThe stay was overall ok. The location is great, close to a lively area with lots of bars and delicious pizzerias nearby. The room was very nice and comfortable.
The bed made lots of noices and wasn´t very confortable. The host requested to pay for the cleaning in cash, which was not mentioned in the publication from booking.

DivanoLetto matrimoniale con solo lenzuolo di sotto e coperta entrambi sporchi, rete sfondata e materasso pressoché inesistente cabina doccia sporca con sudicio persistente e consolidato. Praticamente mai pulita. Assenza di cialde per caffè nonostante ci fosse una macchinetta per caffè. Assenza di tazze per caffellatte, stoviglie sporche. Latitante il locatore che è venuto ad aprire la stanza e non è stato possibile rintracciare poi per avere il minimo supporto. Su whatsapp non ha letto msg in
