Almost everything about my stay was disappointing. The room was filthy, with a bathroom that smelled of sewage and old urine. The hot water barely worked, and despite asking for help over three days, I was met with lies, dismissiveness, and empty promises. When I finally asked to just switch rooms, the hot water worked for only one night. So 1 week with 1 warm shower left me feeling discouraged. The “kitchen” was misleading—it was just a dirty sink behind a bar with rats running across the utensils. The staff were cold, uninterested, and treated the property like their personal hangout space. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my stay.

The room and the general hotel was really dirty ! It is a pity because it is a good spot ! But a room, shower, toilet and bed linen were dirty ! Please make something for that ! Your place is cool !

The staff were absolutely amazing! They made us feel right at home from day one. The facilities at the property were just class and the room and en-suite were really cool with class lighting

It is tacked away in a secluded residential area. The bed size was too big for the room, giving it very little wiggle space. The fact that I checked out after a day and there was no real follow-up on why I had decided to check out made it seem more of a transactional thing, not as in the reviews.
