The location was really good

When we walked into the building there were full rubbish bins and rubble all over the carpet. In the flat was nothing to welcome us no coffee tea milk, the bathroom was dirty! thick dust on the skirting boards. I had to buy a plug for the sink. We were told we could put our car in the underground carpark which we did on Christmas eve, when we come to get it Christmas day to go to visit our family in Kent it was locked!!! We couldn't get the car out till the 27th!!! All our presents and some shopping was in the car so that spoiled Christmas too. All in all a rubbish few days! I have emailed the owner but they haven't bothered to get back to me.

Location is great, very central. Flat is very spacious, ideal for a family. Staff are very accommodating and responsive. Flat has washing machine, oven, hob, big smart tv, comfortable beds and two big sofas. Very quiet at night.

Flat is not dirty but neither is clean. It is superficially clean, so you will have to clean again, especially kitchen area which is very greasy. Kitchen and bathroom need a revamp and some of the furniture is tired and battered (including holes, dents and broken bites) and need to be substituted. It would be nice if essential (washing soap, dish soap, shampoos etc) were replenished in between guest as we had to buy everything (including a spare bin bag). Overall still a good stay.

Very clean and beautiful flat in a perfect location.very spacious and the kitchen and bathroom had everything you could need. Beautifully decorated we had a Few small hiccups that were rectified by the owner.

Could do with some extra bedding for spares in case of emergency and the window locks could do with repair or tightening as the windows opened quite far with a big drop below which not ideal when they are quite low and you have a toddler.

Cleaniness

Great location, ideally placed on the seafront.

Could do with a little modernisation and some more utensils in the kitchen. Bedding and curtains could do with an upgrade.

Excellent location as right opposite the beach and near to the pier, shops, activities and cafes etc. Perfect if staying with children as there is all they need to feel at home. Everything we needed to prepare all our meals which saved money on having to keep eating at restaurants and cafes.

Amazing seafront location and lovely flat.

The bed is so uncomfortable!! For a property this nice you need to invest in a nicer bed. Particularly the pillows, they are awful, thin and lumpy.

Spacious apartment with a great Sea view and tall wide windows that let in a lot of light.

If I had to fault anything it’d be the cleanliness of the outside windows, they were dirty and made outside look blurry so it was hard to see the sea view.
