The bedroom was not clean. Dust on the bed. It was suffocating to sleep in the bedroom on the first day. Couldn’t contact the staff at all.

I don't have nothing good to say

It wasn't clean the towels where horrible market and the bed wasn't comfortable and people with pat's so didn't feel good. Opening the door was horrible didn't show which flat number it was

It had everything required but was a little tatty. A tea towel would have been handy
