The location is fine - close to shops.

The hose is like a ghetto!!! I mean all through our stay, it smelt of weed!! Stay away if you're non-smoker and/or travelling with kids!

Had at nice bedroom/living room

Shower rail was broken so’ shower was dirty Was poo stains up the wall. No heating in the dining area n also there was no carpet on the stairs in the main hall n was bags of rubbish left in hallway. I won’t be staying again 😡🤬

The location was good with groceries stores, eateries and bus connections...

The apartment was not properly clean, hairs litter the bed linen, mouldy bathroom, dust on most surfaces, terrible smell in the bathroom, stained bed sheets, almost impossible to sleep with noisy neighbours pounding the top floor, inconsistent WiFi connection, etc.

I should have been in the 1st floor apartment as originally booked for, but ended up on the ground floor flat. Because of this, the heating was turned off from the mains and I was very cold in the flat. Also, the property has not been updated. The facilities were adequate in the kitchen. The location was too far from the city. It was a 4 mile walk to get to my destination on foot. The booking was wrong. I should have been on the first floor apartment not the ground which is probably why the heating was not working from the mains, it was very cold. There was no number on the front door of the house. it took me a long time to find the property. I was not sent the code for the front door entrance of the apartment. The whole experience was very poor. It was a struggle to get there and to be comfortable once in the flat. It was very noisy from the other apartments with constant thumping and banging of doors and lots of noise from the street too.
