"Sejur total compromis de probleme grave de igienă."

Pat foarte mare, cu saltea și perne extrem de confortabile. Camere spațioase. Restaurantul este ok, iar personalul acceptabil. Amplasare excelentă, foarte aproape de centrul vechi și Piața Ovidiu. Micul dejun este ok, nu foarte variat, dar decent; cafeaua nu este la espressor, este adusă de personal.

• Nivelul de curățenie este inadmisibil pentru un hotel de 4 stele. Deși camera este mare și arată bine la prima vedere, realitatea este complet diferită. • Toaleta fusese clar utilizată anterior: capac murdar, deși era marcat ca „dezinfectat”, iar colacul era desprins într-o parte și instabil. • Mobilier deteriorat: fotoliu cu picior rupt. • Praf gros, care nu părea șters de zile întregi. • Fire de păr găsite în pat, sub pilotă, direct pe lenjeria de pat. • Obiecte străine pe podea (burețel de la o pensulă de machiaj), semn clar că nu s-a făcut curățenie. • Punctul culminant: doi gândaci mari și negri în baie. Indiferent de sursă, acest lucru este complet inacceptabil. Mi-a fost efectiv silă să folosesc baia și să dorm în pat, totul părea contaminat. Vii în vacanță să te relaxezi și pleci acasă cu stres și scârbă, nu cu amintiri plăcute. Concluzie: Acest hotel nu merită cele 4 stele și nici banii ceruți. Confortul patului și locația nu pot compensa lipsa gravă de igienă. Nu recomand.

"Totally recommend it"

I totally recommend this hotel.The room was excelent, a generous bathroom, TV and everything you need (slipers, nightgown).The smell of the room was always fresh!And there is also a small terrace to smoke or take some fresh air.It is minutes close to Constanta downtown.

Everything... positioning (walking distance to Casino, Ovidiu square)... admirable staff (in hotel and/or restaurant)... very clean (spotless)... Congrats!

"Vom reveni cu drag şi cu alte ocazii."

Pernele și salteaua (extrem de confortabile). E printre puținele hoteluri la care am fost cazati, unde ne-au oferit atât perne înalte, cât și perne mai joase (pentru cei care dorm pe burta).

Nu am avut nimic de obiectat.
