Hot tub did not work/ wasn’t offers other accommodation or a reimbursement that was reasonable. Very disappointed in the lack of empathy or sympathy for the situation. Hot water ran out before we could fill the inside tub up with hot water. We live in the most beautiful area so we weren’t renting the property for anything other than the hot tub and being able to unwind after our community got devastated by the hurricane.. we feel overcharged and disappointed that more wasn’t done or even seemed like they cared.
