The space

The smell was not good at all.The environment is very bad.The whole apartment had bad smells.Although we called the owner that the smell is bad especially on the beddings..He came through for us.Other than that we had to buy air fresheners because of those bad smells

Safe and includes everything

The beachfront and the size of the room are what I was satisfied with and how it looked exactly like in the picture.

I didn't like how there were cockroaches in the kitchen and the couches had a bad smell of urine or something aromatic and it caused some discomfort resting in them. The securities also didn't treat us well, they assumed that we got a room by fraud because we weren't given the access cards when we arrived, so they didn't wanna open the gate for us even though we showed them that we had the key and asked them to call the guy that gave us the keys. Lastly, we kept on having electrical predicaments, we spend the whole night without electricity and electrician took his time to come and attend to it 💔

There's nothing i liked and i did not even get the apartment. Disappointing, this morning we called asking for our refund and he just told us we were wasting his time when we asked for refund, Sphiwe is so unprofessional and rude, we were even told that he is always drunk.

The host was rude and couldn't avail himself with the apartment key. We had to book somewhere else because he was a no show. Having to drive for more than 16 hours then get to a host who doesn't care about clients, not picking our calls.
