"Highly recommend!"

9.0

The location was stunning!!! The ocean views were breathtaking all around; whether from the terrace or from the balcony in our room!! The property itself was luxurious; gorgeous blues and greens in tiling; very modern!! There is a lovely restaurant next door too, this helps a lot, saves you from driving anywhere if you want a nice dinner or fruity breakfast. Rosa went out of her way to tend to our needs during our stay. I am grateful that she did. Great communication with Sara the manager, she accommodated us an hour earlier on arrival and kept in touch during our stay. This place is great if you are already fully familiar w most of the Amalfi coast, and literally just want to relax and be zen w those amazing ocean views. I picked this place precisely because we wanted to stay mostly put. It was like a retreat while on vacation. Private Parking!!! 100% bonus!!!

Because we stayed for 5 nights, housekeeping / cleaning at least once would have added to the luxury of our stay. I highly suggest two powerful fans on the ceiling of the terrace, to keep cool while sunbathing and keep the background noise at bay.

"Excellent location, beautiful place, unbelievable view!"

10.0

It is evident how much money and effort the owners have put into this place. It’s a stunning place some really well. It’s not easy doing all that on a cliff so one can appreciate the efforts put into the construction and upgrades made in the place. The structure and bones are solid. The interior has some expensive high end fittings and finishes. This place is right next to a really good restaurant so it can be convenient to just grab a quick meal. The location is so central to the coast. Going in either direction towards positano or Maoiri is not too far. A place like this could cost at least double if you were staying in Positano. Rosa the owner and Sara the manager both very responsive and helpful with absolutely anything and accommodated special requests. Both great to work with. Highly recommend this place.

All in all there was nothing that is bad. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the kitchen pots and pans they there are quite a few that are rusty. Finally just cleaning a tad bit better around the showers and bathrooms and providing ample toilet paper since going to the store may not be convenient for everyone.

"Beautiful views, bummed we were prevented from enjoying the property we paid for~"

7.0

Serafina is the property manager and communicated with us promptly. Her directions to the property were helpful. We received the keys from her and were excited when she recommended a limoncello class we could attend that evening, attached to a dinner. We enjoyed this tip, the class and the dinner.

We paid a lot for this property as it had amazing views of the Amalfi Coast, and we had been pretty thrifty with the other places we stayed to afford this one night. We were excited to watch the sunset from our balcony and were told the limoncello class and dinner would end around 8:30 pm, giving us time to return, relax and enjoy the sunset. We were picked up in a nice air-conditioned van promptly at 6:15 pm. The class was so much fun, and the dinner was outstanding. The views from the restaurant were stunning. Our 8:30 pm time came, dinner and dessert were done, and we requested our return to our property. We were told they would find a driver to take us back, which didn't happen until 10:30 pm, so we missed our only night for the sunset. We arrived around 10:45 pm and went to bed. We got up to have coffee and enjoy the morning. About an hour before our check-out time, we were getting more coffee and wanted to write in our journals on the balcony, (we were still in pj's just enjoying the morning), when we noticed a woman smoking a cigarette on our balcony. We had no idea who she was or how she got into the property. We inquired why she was there, and she said she was the cleaning lady and would hang out and wait for us to leave. This now took away our morning on the balcony, much like our sunset the night before. We were not disappointed by the views or the comfort of the rooms but wished we had not paid the amount we did for being prevented from enjoying it.

"Very good"

8.0

the villa is in a great location. it was very easy to go to Amalfi and Positano by car. landlord is a helpful person. she can arrange scooter or other tours for you if it is requested. check-in and out were on time.

bathrooms smell so badly. we couldn’t use one of the bedrooms for this reason. it was not possible to sleep when the windows are open due to mosquitoes. there were two worms in the bar area.

"A superb stay in the cute homely villa"

9.0

The property and the location was something we loved the most; we had a car and dint mind staying outside Amalfi Town as its almost 15~20 mins drive to Amalfi Town from the property, its a similar distance to drive to Positano as well. The views from the property were breath taking. Having your own villa space incl a space to park your car is like luxury around Amalfi coast. There is a small characteristic beach ( Fiordo di Furore) and a nearby Grotto that's walking distance ( Grotto is 3 mins drive) from the property, the beach is a MUST visit place. There is also a restaurant + a hotel adjacent to the property, so it doesn't feel isolated which made us feel at ease. We loved the jacuzzi and enjoyed our time as a family incl the welcome Processco that Sara kindly left for us during check-in. The property had a fully loaded bar area, you do have to pay for them but having such a huge collection without having to venture out is a huge bonus.

The property has a lovely kitchen/dining space but it is kind of detached from the basement bedroom area, so we found it a but awkward in the initial day or 2 but then got used to it eventually. If the weather is bad during your stay, this will feel more inconvenient; we did when it started pouring heavily for a day during our stay. There isn't any nearby super/mini market either, so do plan your groceries and other kitchen essentials if you plan to cook. We checked in very late at the property and didn't find few essential items at the property which was a bit of disappointment (comparing to our villa stay at Sorrento which was packed with everything we wanted minus groceries) but we managed to drive to Amalfi the next day and source all that we wanted. Again this was a minor inconvenience.
