"Not Happy at all."

We didn’t receive the apartment number we had to go around punching code given to other apartments to figure which is the right apartment that we had booked for. We were not given the apartment WiFi password we did no receive any direct contact number to assist us if we needed help with anything there was no reception but just a security guard who also did not know anything about the booking but he was very helpful showing us the parking area etc. The place was smelling bad as well not a great and comfort place to stay at all.

The apartment is well furnished and very clean

The checkin process is a nightmare.. wrong code given, they kept saying someone is coming to check us in.. no one did. Spent hours over the phone getting zero assistance. We stood outside w our bags fighting for them to check us in. Terrible experience!!!! Plus the pool didn’t have any chairs.. unlike what the pictures showed
