USOverall the place served our needs well. The rooms are very modern and sleek and the check-in process was fairly smooth if not a little impersonal/cold. The beds are comfortable, but there isn't a ton of space to put your bags if you have more than two people. The hosts were fairly direct and impersonal with their responses, but were quick to reply and allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby (albeit unprotected) while we explored the town on check-out day.
One of the reasons we booked this place is because we saw that it had laundry and a large TV. We arrived in Fukuoka after cycling the Shimanami Kaido and were in need of laundry and looking for some relaxation time. However, there is only one single detergent pouch provided so we had to buy more on our own at a nearby conbini. While this wasn't expensive, it seemed a little ridiculous to only provide a single detergent stick for a place that can host 3+ people. Additionally, the TV had many "ghost" inputs making it nearly impossible to use. The inputs were delayed by over a minute making it impossible to accurately use the remote control. We hooked up a computer to the HDMI and it continued to switch itself back to the main input or to apps such as Netflix despite us not pressing any buttons. It was frustrating given that the entertainment system itself is so nice and modern. Typically this would not be an issue as we rarely use TVs on our trips, but we knew that we wanted to have a relaxing evening this night while doing laundry and both of those things were made difficult due to these issues. Additionally, one bed is completely tucked into a nook making you have to climb over one bed to access the third. While this didn't really affect our group, I can see how it would make someone else's stay more difficult.

The building name does not come up on a google search. The sign is obvious once you notice it but also easily missed.
CNGreat location, big clean room, has everything you may need. Big powerful AC. The host replies emails quickly if you need any assistance.
SGThe unit was very spacious especially since we are only 3pax but can accomodate up to 6 pax. The unit was equip with the basic needs. The big living room was a very nice touch in which you can lounge. And since the unit is bigger than normal space in Japan, you can freely open your luggage. It was a great stay. Would defenitely recommend.
