INUnfortunately, I couldn't find anything to like about my stay.
The experience was terrible. The room had a very bad smell, and the condition of the bed and blanket was unacceptable—they were neither clean nor changed. The dustbin was dirty, the chair and table were filthy, and to top it off, there was a rat in the room. I couldn’t sleep at night due to these issues. The services were far below standard—there was no water provided in the room, and the overall service was worse than poor. The washroom was in a very bad condition as well. It was an awful experience. .
ININININIt was a late evening check-in. At the time of check-in they simply increased the tariff by 15% or asked us to leave. we had no option but to give in to their demand.
