La casita del Lagar

This was the most perfect part of our trip in Tenerife. We were so lucky to book this house! Our host, Alicia, was incredibly warm and welcoming—she gave us a full tour and explained every detail of the space. She also recommended many great places to visit on the island. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. In fact, staying there felt even better than what the photos showed—we had an amazing five days. Alicia had thoughtfully prepared towels and blankets for us, which were a huge help. The room also had a dehumidifier and a heater, so we woke up feeling warm and comfortable every day. If I will come back to Tenerife, I would love to stay in this place for an entire month.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house! Extremely cozy, well equipped, very modern, but with original features - the photos are very accurate, but in reality it looks much better than on photos. The terrace is beautiful (actually there are 2 terraces:)), so nice and green, and all the BBQ facilities are there too. Also we loved the fact that there are many cats around (we love cats! Who doesn't?:)) and all of them are well fed by the host and healthy. The host is very friendly and helpful, and can give you a lot of very useful local tips. We absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to stay here again and to spend much more time here!

The only slight downside of this awesome place is a lack of good parking. You can leave the car on the road (which was fine with us, but if you have a big car, part of it will be on the road) and then you need to climb quite steep stairs, so if you have limited mobility, I don't think that this house is suitable for you. (The host showed us another way to the house by car, we tried it, but it's not easy either:) For us it was much easier just to leave the car on the road).
