GARDEN ON THE BEACH

The owner was exceptionally nice and accommodating.

Good location however the owner that lives next door in 102 was very abrasive rude and disrespectful to ourselves and the guests visiting us at the apartment. On multiple occasions he complained about our dog barking the parking the sound of the cars we drove. He indicated he would decide when to put on generator whenever there was load shedding He made our stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant. That we left one day before we were meant to leave. We obeyed all the rules and was very considerate of other residents in the complex. Clem was very intrusive with all family members that visited. Even asking them if they were staying over. We were at no time more than 5 people staying in the flat Would not recommend this property to anyone. The owner makes your stay very unpleasant. He made insulting racial comments about people from phoenix to our family visiting which was not appreciated. Thanks

The owner Clem was most unpleasant.

The host was really kind and exceptional. The property was centrally situated with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean.
