Luxury double Suite at heart of Ruzafa

The place is cool and well located, surrounded by bars, cafes, super markets, restaurants and still well located, walking distance from the city center.

It can be quite loud at night, not only because of the bars, but mostly the neighbours in the corridor.

Great location in central Valencia , the plazas and streets nearby have plenty of bars/restaurants and the area is lively . The flat is quite large with tall ceilings and feels very spacious , has a decently equipped kitchen and a living room with a small balcony .

The bed in the main bedroom of flat 9 wasn't particularly comfortable . The plug socket in the kitchen was loose and comes off entirely when you remove a plug . Also the bedrooms aren't particularly well insulated from sound , as we could hear guests laughing and chatting from the flat above late at night.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable with nice interior furnitured. The location of the apartment was super, there are many cafes and bars nearby. Parking space is also nearby vis a vis of the building.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable

The apartment was perfect! It was big and cozy! Near the city center (~20 minutes walking) and with a lot of bars and pubs to eat and drink. The bed was so comfortable, and all was well organized (the contact at the beginning, the explanation to enter the apartment, the managing of the check out)

I would put more toilet paper and shampoo/soap. But everything was perfect in any case!

The property was very clean and well maintained.

There was an issue with a curtain before our stay or caused by the previous group that wasn't fixed before our arrival.

Beautiful apartment perfectly equipped and very well located within walking distance from historic places. Very lively area with lots of restaurants and bars.. But the apart was perfect.

The only issue is the noise on weekend nights, i.e. Fridays and Saturdays: many apartments rented by young people and a lot of loud talking and laughing until at least 3 am on terraces on lower floors on Friday
