THIt’s a very quiet and clean place! We really enjoyed soaking in the bathtub. No unsolicited mosquitoes, feels very private. In a walking distance to the Tegalalang terrace

CAThe property is beautifully situated on a quiet road about a 10-minute walk from the main road where there are restaurants and the larger rice terraces. An ideal place to relax and enjoy! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our accommodations - all in excellent condition. As a family of five, we rented three rooms and they were all well equipped with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was huge and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. The owners hosting the property were very gracious and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for looking after us so well!

ILA brand new family hotel, with amazing Balinese style bungalows, great beds, and a garden and rice terrace in your window. The owners were very nice, warm and attentive. Quiet location but next to 'Happy Bali Swings' and close to all the attractions of Tegallalang. My favorite though was the trail that starts right next to guest house - unlike the fields in the touristic attractions, this is a real country-side, living and breathing with activities.
NOWe had a wonderful stay at these newly built villas, a family-run business that makes guests feel welcome. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. The villas are situated in a village, just a short walk from stunning rice terraces, including the famous Tegallalang Rice Fields. Though there is no restaurant on the property, ordering food via Grab was easy and convenient. If you need a bit of luxury and a nice swimming pool, I recommend visiting Tis Cafe or other places nearby. Everything in a 15 minutes walk distance or a short Grab ride. The property itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a fridge and a hair dryer available. We were pleasantly surprised by how much value we got for the price—it exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was served directly to our terrace. Enjoying a delicious meal in complete privacy while overlooking the rice fields growing on the property was a truly unique experience.
This property is located in a village, so be prepared for a very early morning wake-up call from roosters. They start at 4:30 AM, and unfortunately, my earplugs didn’t help. So if you are a light sleeper, be prepared for this natural wake-up. It's a family-owned business, so communication is a bit different than in a large hotel. Be respectful and remember to smile :)

It would be helpful to provide some refreshment facility for making tea/coffee, perhaps a toaster or a microwave. The location is 20 mins walk from any shop, so these facilities would be helpful. They did provide them on request.
INThe location is nice, as shown in the photos. It is situated within the rice fields. The people working there are nice and welcoming. The entrance can be a bit confusing as you need to go inside from the main road to find the reception. The rooms are separate from each other with clay roof. They provide large umbrellas for the rainy season. However, because it is within the rice fields, sometimes flies and grasshoppers enter your room, which you can't prevent. The bathrooms are nice and clean, with a bathtub, shower, towels, body wash, toothbrush, and toothpaste provided. The fridge contains two mini Coke bottles and water bottles. The bed is comfortable, and the room has a long mirror. The accommodation is conveniently located close to the rice terraces and T.I.S. Café. Although they provide breakfast, I didn't have much time to enjoy it.
The only downside is that the main (bed) room uses very tiny, yellow, and dim lights in the four corners, making it difficult to attend a WhatsApp video call or a business meeting at night. You can change the video call background but can't change the room lighting. This low lighting can also compromise your privacy if your trip is meant to be secretive, as others in the video call can easily identify that you are not in your regular (living) room with bright, cool daylight.
