"Lovely hotel outside the city."

Lovely hotel, good location, staff very friendly and helpful.

Our bathroom had an automatic light which wasn’t great at night as it was very bright and woke up everyone - I’d rather a normal light switch.

bar and food

I have an aversion to plastic covers on mattresses and so when I went to remove it from my bed I found it to be less that clean!!! The member of staff behind the breakfast bar who served me was somewhat joyless and rather short and unpleasant.. Sorry but you did ask... Perhaps she was having a bad day.
