Tutto perfetto , accoglienza super e posizione ottima grazie consiglio vivamente

Marcellos Wohnung war sehr sauber. Waschmaschine, Trockner waren super & neu. Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich. Alles neu und sauber! Keinerlei Probleme mit dem heißen Wasser! Tolle Begrüßung, viele kleine Snacks des Gastgebers. Marcello ist ein toller Mensch!

Ottima posizione, combo lavatrice+asciugatrice 🔝, proprietario super gentile, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico

Abbiamo solo avuto l'inconveniente di avere un toga del letto rotta che ci dato un po di problemi a dormire comodi, un po di mal di schiena (segnalo affinché venga sistemata il prima pox per ospiti futuri)

The property is in a very center location, close to the best restaurant and bars in town, it is amazingly equipped and very new and clean! Marcello the host is a fantastic person!

Il rifugio di Marcy E’un piccolo gioiello alle porte del centro storico di Monopoli, vicino ad una spiaggia sassosa della cittadina barese . Un appartamento al sesto piano dotato di tutti i comfort

Forse, unica pecca strutturale, l’edificio E’un po’ scuro ma non inficia la piacevole permanenza

Très bon accueil de Marcello malgré notre retard d'arrivée. Les petites attentions avec la bouteille d'eau fraîche, les tomates et autres encas salés. Le confort parfait de l'appartement et la proximité de la vieille ville. Notre séjour était parfait!

Great location just outside of the old town. Host was very helpful and was very thorough about explaining everything in the apartment. Perfect for two nights it was very clean. Washing and tumble dryer machine was great. Aircons in both rooms. Good for short term stay as sofa bed blocks the front door.

Even though the checkout time is stated on the site, I think 8-9am is a little early as everywhere else I have stayed it is usually up until 10 minimum.

Very clean and English options on TV.

The host was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome. He showed us around the apartment and even prepared some snacks and water bottles for us, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the old town center. Parking is on the street, and we were lucky to find a spot nearby. The apartment itself was very well-equipped and super clean. We regretted only staying for one night! We had a great rest and slept so well — it was the perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.
