"Tam-An...great view of the mountains."

Friendly and helpful staff. Location was good, away from noise of town.

The room floor was not cleaned properly from previous occupant. Shower drainage was slow and made a flood. It can be dangerous using the stairs if it is raining. Ran out of available food for breakfast. Be careful of poachers for tour. Don't book tour from this hotel. The tour agents are proachers here. You will be paying 3x as if you go to the tourist info center.

"Highly recommended if you want a comfortable place to stay and work remotely"

Place was very clean, accessible, strong wifi excellent for remote workers with friendly staff.

We went back on a Sunday with the rest of our group who stayed in another hotel to have dinner and unfortunately there was only 1 staff hence the dinner took long to be served. We ended up helping her out in the kitchen which was also nice.
