SGFirstly I make a booking last week. When I was ready to check in at 2 pm your staffs I formed the Air con is leaking so they need to fix it only can check in at 8 pm.. I informed your staffs I wanted a refund they mentioned I must went thru this App for refund . I didn’t even stay I have to book a hotel to stay for 2 days.So can I be refund if not social media is very powerful once I ask my children to blasts it I think you guys should know the consequences ..
