Levante Sea View Apartment - Housea

Loved the view from the balcony and the clean apartment. Having 1 1/2 bathrooms was great for the 5 of us.

The building was a big some issues. When we checked in the house was extremely hot. Weather did play a factor. The second day we had no hot water for showers. The lift was broken but we were fine with that. All of this was out of the control of the host but it happens.

I chose Levante because of the availability of free parking although I would have preferred to be closer to the old town. It's a 15min walk to the old town and as it turned out, the apartment is very close to the coastal path, half way between the old town and Scoglio dell'Eremita so it's a lovely walk. Levante is therefore accurate in describing the availability of free parking - it takes away considerable stress if you have a car. The seaview is from one side of the balcony so it is possible to sit on the balcony and gaze at the sea from between other apartment blocks. What's lovely is that Levant is in a residential area so we got to experience what it's like to live like a local. Modern + spacious apartment, blackout blinds, mod kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. There were 3 of us but you could easily sleep 5 with the existing beds.

It's a modern rental apartment so it was more functional than charming, but it was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.

Le logement etait très propre et parfaitement équipé. Idéalement situé.

La grandeur, la décoration.L’appartement est magnifique.

Il n’y avait pas de poêle pour cuire nos œufs.Il me semble que ça fait partie du strict minimum. Nous en avons demandé une … on nous a répondu de faire avec ce qu’il y avait… Et il n’y a pas de machine à laver comme il est annoncé dans les équipements.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön sauber und ordentlich. Miriam hat uns freundliche empfangen und für das Frühstück war reichlich gesorgt.

Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle gegenüber was sehr laut war.

Everything here is fantastic.located a short walk to the main activities,superb restaurants etc.the apartment is spacious,well appointed and very conformable. The breakfast that is provided was excellent,with a lovely terrace to sit outside and enjoy...I hope the rest of my trip meets the standard of this one..
