We had a great stay. Beautiful palazzo in the heart of Lecce. Clean, spacious and with a sunny balcony. Recommended! 😃

A huge 2 bedroom home-feeling equipped apartment. Full of light, beautiful balcony, located right in the most beautiful baroque historic part of Lecce.

Excellent location.

Overall the apartment was old fashioned and aspects needed updating. The bathroom needed a proper shower .It was advertised as 2 bedroom but in reality the second bedroom was a reception hall.

The apartment is very quaint, in a historic building of the city and in the very center of Lecce, making an ideal stay to visit the beautiful old town. Unfortunately there a few cons. The single beds outside the master bedrooms are way too uncomfortable for two adults: more like two cots than two actual beds. Also, they are placed in a large room right at the entrance with no AC. Only the kitchen and the main bedroom have AC. The general state of the appliances/furniture it’s just way too poor. See negative comment about broken toilet seat. It would take very little to make it really a great place but you can see that the owners don't have that priority, which remains to make a no-frills profit and that’s it. If you come by car you to have to park outside the old city limits. Owner suggested a street 10 min walk away where street park was free.

The toilet seat was broken, and reading the reviews I understand that it had already been reported since November 2023, which underscores the complete neglect of guests and some basic necessities. Check-in process it’s a pain. A big pain. The actual key handling and access to the building is hassle free as it a self check-in but you are required (and reminded many times with automated messages from the owners) to do an id registration / city tax payment via a lengthy online form requiring all sort of data from you, including id photos AND a selfie holding the id card. All this for all the guests.

The location was perfect and everything was near the apartment. It was such a great help for sightseeing in hot weather. The property owner was kind and helpful.

The equipments were old and not fancy. But it was understandable comparing to the price and location.
