Lighthouse Point 7C

We loved the decor of the condo and enjoyed all of the appliances available. The pools were great and we loved the ocean view from the balcony.

Our air condition unit continued to freeze over even after the HVAC person came and unthawed it and we followed the instructions of waiting till it thawed and then lowering temp one degree at a time. Even with keeping doors closed and following all instructions, we could never get it below 77 degrees in the condo during the day. It was in the low 80's outside so not outrageously hot outside where the unit might have more trouble keeping it cool. We didn't expect 50 stairs to get up to the condo with no elevator. Thankfully we are healthy and were able to do that. But it should have been more apparent on the listing. Older people or people with disabilities may not be able to get all of their luggage and groceries up if they could even climb that many stairs at all. I feel like the listing was misleading on how close the beach is. It is a 3 minute walk until sand. But it's a much longer walk through soft sand that is hard to walk in than we expected based off the listing to actually get to where you can see the ocean.

For the most part was comfortable. Had things you needed. Beds are very soft. 2 nice pools to swim in and kid pool. Pretty quiet and right next to the police station. Beach is a close walk but if you want a nicer spot/more waves you may want to go to north beach. Has a nice deck to sit on.

It was dirty. Hair and stains on the sheets, coffee poured in sink and not washed out after last guest, big ball of toilet paper on floor in bathroom (looks like something was rolled in it but I wasn’t going to check!), residue left over in shower. Looks like top rim of shower has never been cleaned…there was SO much dust. Couch was super uncomfortable and dirty as well. It says there is a washer and dryer but washer is out of order with standing water in it. It’s been out for a while because they took time to print an out of order label to put on the front. It does have 2 covered parking spaces but you have to pull the car out to load items in or out because it’s narrow. If you have anything bigger than a midsize suv you might not fit. This place needs a super deep cleaning.

The location was good. The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. I loved the decor and the view from the balcony. The kids loved the pools.

It was pretty nice. Room was very cute and clean and the view was as expected.

The washer was out during our stay which was a bummer and the air conditioning was very fickle. Shower pressure was not great and the steps and walk to the beach were a little intense for vacation.

Convenient to beach and not a long drive to Savannah. Very comfortable and quiet.

The washer/dryer needs updating and navigating how the television works needs updating as well. Our first night we had some very rowdy people under us late into the night and early morning, but they eventually left.
