I recently stayed at Claudio's apartment, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Claudio was a fantastic host, always available and quick to respond to any questions. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Small apartment, close to the ocean, completely renovated. Claudio does everything for the guests. Helpful, kind host.

A sharp knife or two in the kitchen would be nice. What I really miss is the safe. No matter how safe the neighborhood is (Very safe), bad people are everywhere.

It is a very comfortable and peaceful location, with a parking space. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice view, you can see and hear the ocean. It has a terrace with a sofa for two and a dining table for two. There is lots of space for clothes and shoes, and lots of hangers as well. There were even laundry pods. The host Claudio is very nice, kind and helpful. We arrived at 11 pm, and he met and checked us in personally. You can contact him at any time and he will help you if you need anything. We had a wonderful holiday in Tenerife, and coming home to a cosy and comfortable home added to the good feelings. You won't go wrong if you choose this apartment for your vacation. I warmly recommend it!

Everything was ok

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: nice, spacious, clean, recently renovated, it has a beautiful view from the balcony. It is situated close to the airport, but you hear little to no noise at all from the planes. There is a big sandy beach very close by. Easy and fast access to the highway. Plenty of free parking spots available near or right in front of the building. The host, Claudio is very welcoming and always ready to help. We really recommend this property, especially to those who, like us, aren’t big fans of resorts and crowded touristic spots, but would rather a more quiet and peaceful place. Excellent value for the price.

Simply great. Very friendly welcome. The accommodation was very well equipped, quiet and very comfortable. You could only wish for Claudio as a host! I can only recommend it! We would love to come back!

It is a very cozy apartament, located near the beach. It is very good equipped, perfect for a couple or a family with kids. We travelled with our 1,6 year old daughter 😊The owner is very friendly! We enjoyed staying there, felt like home.
