Clean, confortable, welcoming place

L’appartamento è situato in una zona ottimale a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutti i servizi/ristoranti/supermercati di cui si può avere bisogno. La struttura dispone di tutti il necessario per una vacanza in famiglia inclusa una piccola cucina e terrazzo

Rispetto ad altre strutture simili nella zona il rapporto qualità prezzo non è ottimale. Nonostante abbia preso una soluzione per 4 persone l’appartamento dispone solo di una camera da letto mentre il soggiorno è stato sistemato con 2 letti alla buona per il resto degli ospiti

Our time in Sivota was truly relaxing thanks to this lovely apartment. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great — just a short walk from the picturesque port, yet in a quiet area that felt peaceful and private. The host was so kind and attentive, always ready to help and very welcoming. We would absolutely choose it again for our next trip to Sivota!

Pros: - The host was very nice and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. - The apartment was spacious enough for our needs, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. - The bedroom bed was comfortable - Mosquito nets and shades on windows. - Air conditioning in the living room. - Parking available nearby, which is very helpful. - Many small supermarkets and tavernas close by. - Kitchen is well equipped, complimentary bread, jam, coffee and water. Filter coffee machine, sandwich maker and water boiler available. Overall, a decent stay thanks to the friendly host.

Cons: - Beds in the living room were not very comfortable. - There were quite a few mosquitoes. - Water at the nearby beaches is quite cold and not very suitable for children. - The exterior door has glass and a very bright light bulb right outside, making it hard to sleep in the living room due to the strong light. Additionally, there is a bright exit sign light bulb inside, which also disrupts sleep in the living room.

Excellent location, great apartment, perfect kitchen and stuff, everything was perfect except uncomfortable mattress
