MIRMA CITY Old Town

OMG! We wish there was more than 10 to assign for this property. This beautifully decorated house is right in the old town of Chania. Everything is just a short walk. The attention to the detail is incredible! We came to this one bedroom apartment, right after a stay of ours in a 5 star hotel. We were very surprised to find that the things we missed from our hotel stay, we could find them in our Mirma City Stay. For example: there was plenty of space for our luggage, full soze toiletries, everything was super clean, plenty of towels, and ofcourse we had a very warm welcome with our host (with local treats and cold water waiting for us upon our arrival), the house smells so good..I can honestly keep going fornever. We have been traveling over the last two decades A LOT... we have never ever had such a wonderful host as George. He is warm, but discreet and professional, a genuinely nice person that was responding to our questions within minutes no matter the time or day we would communicate with him. We could not recommend enough this accommodation. If you are looking for your stay in Chania...don't look further! You found your place! :)

Parking may be challenging...but this is the same for almost any accommodation in the old town of Chania. There is a parking space within 3-4 minutes from the accommodation, but you can park your car there for only up to 4 hours per day (1 euro per hour). Please be minded that whenever you see a blue line on the old town streets, that means that as a tourist you cannot park there...these parking spaces are dedicated for locals only!

The accommodation is smartly finished inside, clean with lots of extra touches water, chocolates and fruit juice. A great balcony overlooking the old town. Amazing George contacted us on arrival at the airport and welcomed us at the property. He also gave us great recommendations about local restaurants etc

George the owner waited until 2am to greet us on arrival. he had water in the fridge and and left sandwiches and chocolates. he was so kind and friendly and booked taxis for us. He gave us beach towels and lots of fresh white fluffy towels during our 2 week stay. he constantly gave us advice and recommendations which was so helpful.

Great location within the old town of Chania with cafes and stores in walking distance, nice apartment fully equipped for a weekend stay with even a small balcony. George was a super nice host supporting us with organising a transfer to Iraklio - highly recommended!

Great place to stay in the old town Chania . Would highly recommend.

Perfect location right in the centre of the wonderful Chania Old Town we will be back soon also a nice touch was the Taxi waiting for us at the Airport to take us to our accommodation first class service.

The stairs my wife needs a hip replacement and found the stairs a little difficult but we managed.
