Location.

The room has not been proper cleaned when we checked in. We found someone’s hair on the bed when we got in. There was a heavy smell coming from the drain in the bathroom constantly. We cannot sleep well because of that. The sink drain is semi blocked, after washing my hands the sink is full of water. The kitchen is greasy and there is dust and old oil or something everywhere. I had to book and moved to another hotel today. I want a refund of 3 days hotel fees because I cannot sleep there due to the property’s condition. The owner doesn’t reply.
