"Host Kind and good apartment for group of people"

The location at old town. near to the ferry terminal and tourist area. Host nice and bring us around to buy the staff we need and introduce the restaurant nearby. The building old design and special with the lift (only occupied 2 person).

only accept cash payment. If during Sunday or holiday, old time area very quiet and nearby shop closing.

"The stay was amazing"

The apartment is situated in the old center with amazing terrace view, asado (bbq) and all the necessary facilities. Juan (the person who met us at the mommy of arrival) was very helpful in telling us all the places to visit and see in Montevideo. The host is very nice and is always ready to help.

Booking.com “scammed” both us and the host regarding the cleaning fees. To begin with, booking.com did on indicate any cleaning fees at their webpage. After I have booked the apartment I have received an invoice which was completely different from the one the host of the apartment has received! So when we arrived, both of us, us the guests and the host, found ourselves in a very uncomfortable situation because we had different invoices from booking.com. Apparently we had to pay 40$ extra for cleaning fees, which was indicated in the host’s invoice but not mine. Luckily the host was understanding and we settled the payment in a fair way for both of us.
