The fact that we had the entire apartment to ourselves. And the pool was never crowded.

It is false advertising that the accommodation is beach front, the beach is nowhere near it, you can't even hear the waves from this place, this was the greatest disappointment. The worst was the towels and the bedding.The towels had horrible stains, not even stains where you can see that they were washed, they literally looked like they were used by a previous guest and just out there for us to use, the bedding looked like it had dried semen, we literally ended up washing the linen because there was no way I was gonna sleep there again, there was hair in the bed, the place could use some deep cleaning and ensure that it's ready prior to guests arriving. It did not smell clean at all, not sure if we came in immediately after guests had left but I was not pleased at all, everything there required that we properly clean it before we can use it. It would be great that you also provide milk for your guests, not everyone takes black tea/coffee.

Tv ....loved the fact that it is a smart tv and u can select any music of yr choice

Everything!! The host was extremely nice and our room was clean we had everything we needed. Location is excellent. The swimming pool was a cherry on top. I will definitely come again soon!!

I booked a stay at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was denied access despite having paid in full. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me stranded and frustrated. please may I have a refund because I didn't check in to the room I paid for nothing and it says now cancelled like Im the one who cancelled and the rules where saying if you cancel you get no refund so that means I have lost R1215.00 for an room I didn't use. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; it was a complete waste of money and time.
