"About standard for Italy - you take the good with the not so good."

Handy to town, free parking, good layout.

Noisy location - no sleeping in. Thin walls - could hear neighbours.

"Great place to stay in Lucca."

Spacious, with everything you need for a great visit to Lucca. Parking was easily found nearby. Paulo was a responsive and gracious host, even after I left the keys in the wrong place after checkout!

Located outside the city walls, it’s a bit of a walk to city center, but, again, if you have a car, it works out great.

"like sleeping on a busy road"

Location 30 cm from very busy / noisy road. Extreme traffic noise and pollution by the traffic. Cars were chasing by the house door with just 30 cm distance - quite dangerous to enter or leave the house.
