When I checked the cleaners are accusing me for smoking in the unit and I didnt smoke anything in the unit I burned inscents inside the unit that's all now I reversed another unit and cant get in I called the number for property I have been on hold for 30mins now

How the cleaners say I was smoking it didnt smell like any type of smoke inside the unit they took apic of smoke ashes which someone placed a black n mild they had on the table and now I'm being accused for smoking and they took.my money for the the other reservation

Very optimal location if in town to visit family on Fort Sill or when visiting for a Trainee's graduation ceremony. Near a gas station and several other food places. Not sure how walkable of an area it is but overall seems pretty good. Maybe a little sketchy at night but is a nice quiet community. Kitchen has spices and lots of pots/pans/utensils to use. Very cozy bed, nicely air conditioned and overall very clean and nice. Great couch and enjoyed watching movies on the TV. I slept very well and enjoyed my stay :)

Upon arrival the code I was given didn't work on the keypad, I assume the lock was broken because it made a strange whirring sound. I had to call and get them to unlock it remotely, very helpful and very nice but I arrived very early in the morning and just wanted to go to bed lol This issue happened again the next day and the door would not open so I had to call and get them to remotely open it. I had a short stay so this only happened twice. Still very annoying since I was exhausted/in a rush to be somewhere. I was also provided the incorrect wifi password but I called and was given the correct one very quickly. I was told there would be a welcome sheet with all the check in/check out information, but there was nothing. Overall it was just inconvenience but in case of an emergency the door should be able to be unlocked quickly and easily.
