La ubicación fue lo mejor.

Nos dijo el casero que teníamos toallas (en plural), gel de baño, etc., y no teníamos toallas para la ducha ni para secarnos las manos. El gel no era gel, era jabón de manos y no teníamos tampoco paño de cocina. La ropa de cama era insuficiente para el frío que hace en Madrid muchas veces. Un desastre.

It was sold as one bedroom apt when it was actually just a room with a wardrobe separating the lounge area to the ‘bedroom’ no privacy as no door or wall, the bathroom was a screened off area in the ‘bedroom’ , the pictures above the soda bed in the lounge were falling down and the shower was not sufficient it had a screw to turn it on and off and adjust the heat and just a dribble came out so we were unable to shower. The front door lock kept sticking resulting in us being locked out for 6hours we repeated the issue to the host as we were going to a football match, someone phoned me who could speak better English and informed me it had been repaired we arrived back at 11:30pm (since 6pm) and couldn’t unlock the door, tried the host several times and he ignored my calls, we tried the door for over an hour more before being able to gain access during this time we had disturbed other residents in the property due to being stuck on the landing.

La verdad que únicamente lo utilizamos para dormir, así que no usamos mucho el apartamento

El mando de la ducha estaba roto y funcionaba ayudado de un tornillo. Debajo de la mesa del comedor, nos encontramos una patata frita que nosotros no habíamos comido, así que la limpieza ya deja que desear. La taza del baño estaba suelta o rota. En el mensaje de la reserva, se supone que el dueño, muy amablemente, pone que se le avise una vez accedido al apartamento para saber que todo está bien, pues aún estamos esperando la contestación o por lo menos, algo que demuestre que lo ha recibido, más vale que no necesitamos nada…

La cercanía a la estación de metro.

No había los utensilios que ponía en la reserva. Las condiciones del apartamento no eran buenas, las paredes tenían moho por las ventanas; el apartamento estaba sucio en general. Además, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de los demás apartamento, estando sin dormir toda la noche porque había mucho ruido de gente entrando y saliendo al edificio con risas y fiestas.

Even though I asked the property owner to prepare sleeping arrangements for 4 people and provide 4 blankets, none of that was arranged. The room was damp and had a musty smell. Fortunately, we only needed it for an overnight stay, so it was bearable. The place was not properly cleaned after the previous guests (especially the bathroom).

La ubicacion es buena y barrio muy tranquilo

La calefaccion no funciona del todo bien. Y eché en falta un secador de pelo. No tiene ascensor, el apartamento estaba en el segundo piso, lo que en mi caso no fué un problema pero si van con alguien que no pueda subir escaleras no es el mejor lugar.
