"Perfect stay, super clean and fantastic host"

I loved how clean everything was, and we really liked the welcome hamper with snacks and water it was a lovely touch. Host is amazing. Great communication and so helpful even bringing us extra fans late at night due to heatwave. I liked how spacious the house was with plenty of room for 8 adults

The insane heatwave wasn't ideal but as for the property there wasn't anything we didn't like

"Definately return and would recommend"

Fabulous location. Frequent buses into town round the corner. Lively area with lots of coffee shops and eating places. Extremely comfortable beds and rooms. Immaculate bedlinen and towels. Jas was incredibly helpful and an excellent host, available without intruding. Well stocked kitchen and facilities

Really great location, bedrooms looked just like the photos, towels and shower amenities included. Very responsive owner.

The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the ice in the freezer was a wonderful asset 😄

My only dislike was as a larger build person is the toilets were very snug!! But not a complaint just a difficulty on my behalf!!

"On the whole a lovely stay"

The property was very clean and in a fantastic location.

A couple of things let it down. 1/ lawn was very over grown and no seating outside. 2/ only 4 knives in draw but there was 7 of us. 3/ attention to detail needed eg: toilet blocks empty, no soap in dispensers although it says provided. 4/ couldn’t get Tv to work

"Excellent location and comfortable sleep"

Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Newly fitted kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent location with shops/cafes nearby and buses every few minutes into Oxford. Kitchen well stocked and welcome pack gratefully received.

Check in was unfortunately delayed as cleaning not finished. Boiler was not working on arrival but host was very responsive when we called for help. Television wasn't working during our stay. Living room not very cosy to sit in - very white light and echoey room. Main bathroom smelt damp after showering and door did not lock.
