Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Children allowed in the pool everyday between 8:30 am to 11:30 am Photography and videography are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including guest rooms and public areas, in order to protect the privacy of our members and guests. Only registered guests are permitted access to the property and guest rooms. Outside visitors, additional guests, or unregistered individuals are not allowed to enter the property at any time. Soho House Tel Aviv is a private members’ club that regularly hosts events and social gatherings. During events, elevated noise levels, music, and a lively atmosphere are to be expected throughout the property and into the evening hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

נתחיל מהשירות!! מהרגע שכף רגלנו דרכה במלון קבלנו יחס של בני מלוכה!! הבחורה בדלפק היתה סובלנית אדיבה מקצועית, העניקה לנו יחס מהממם וענתה על כל הבקשות שלנו בצורה חייכנית ואדיבה! הרגשנו שבאמת אכפת לה. נמשיך מהעיצוב, העיצוב בדיוק כמו בתמונות!!! סגנון חם ואצולתי. אהבנו ממש!!! הרגשנו שנכנסנו לתוך חלום. ודרך אגב הבריכה מחוממת למה שתהה😉 החדרים. קודם כל קיבלנו שדרוג!! המלון החליט להפתיע אותנו בשדרוג מהרגע להרגע!!! החדרים ענו על כל הדרישות שלנו!!! כל מה שרק עלה בדעתי היה בתוך החדר. מצעים נקיים, כריות נוחות, 8-9 בקבוקי רחצה, עוגיות שנאפו במקום!!! הכל מלא בשפע. מחליק לשיער, מטענים, אטמי אוזניים, מפצלים, אפילו מגהץ! והכי יפה היה שבמהלך היום כשיצאנו מהמלון, עשו לנו נקיון בחדר מבלי שביקשנו, חזרנו לחדר נקי מחדש. המיקום נהדר!!! 5 דק הליכה מכל מקום שנחפוץ. הנמל, הסופרים שבכל פינה, כיכר השעון!! העיר בלילה חיה ויש הרבה מה לעשות ולאן לצאת.

אין חנייה ששייכת למלון, אנחנו החננו את הרכב רחוק והיינו צריכים ללכת ברגל עם כל החפצים. לאחר מכן החלטנו להזיז את האוטו למקום יותר קרוב וקיבלנו דו"ח בסך 500 ש"ח. התבאסנו כל הטיול. בנוסף, אין הסבר כל כך מדויק על מה מותר במלון ומה אסור במלון, איפה ניתן לעשן? איפה לא ניתן להצטלם? יש מדיניות למלון שאנחנו מאוד מכבדים אבל חטפנו כמה הערות מעובדי המלון על כך שאסור כך ואסור כך... ודבר אחרון, המסיבות בלילה מלאות באנשים כך שנוצר צפיפות בכניסה למלון. אנחנו נכנסים ואלפי אנשים בכניסה יוצאים/נכנסים. היה קצת צפוף. אבל סך הכל מקום מדהים!!

"A wonderul stay at a beautifully designed hotel"

Soho House in perfectly located in the heart of Jaffa, and offers a top notch accommodation option for non-members. The reception desk staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was immaculate with high-end toiletries and perks. The pool was great fun (it does get busy and full at times as it's quite small). The audience was chilled and pleasant, no loud or rude guests during my stay. The "house rules" of no phone calls, no photos in shared areas are great and contribute to a pleasant experience (and potentially filter out certain people). The restaurant was fantastic with various areas of service (e.g. drinks by the pool vs dinner at the restaurant). Will certainly stay again!
