"Cheating. Asking to cancel the booking. No invoice provided and made no show"

Worst stay I had ever. Stay Manager asks to cancel the property booked and offered for pay without tax. I didn’t agree and wanted to go with the booking.com rates. Now after stay in booking.com it shows no show. While talking to the property Manager he is not willing to provide the invoice. Dont recommend.

Now after stay completed and now in booking.com it shows as no show. Now called the Manager and he is not willing to provide the invoice. Booking name is showing Nabha home stay however I see the name of the property as hilltop. Nothing is real and all fake. Highly not recommended.

"Exceptional"

Mr Norden is one of the best hosts one can get. He was very hospitable and made sure our stay was comfortable. Reasonable place and value for money to stay in Ooty especially for families. I would definitely come back here. The rooms and linen are clean bathrooms are maintained so well with a Geyser attached in 3 bathrooms. Overall, a good place to stay.

This cottage will stand in awesome location and stay like a home. Fully furnished and comfortable. Hygiene and sanitised rooms.

"Superb"

Good. Experience and nice view and like home natural view also. And hi gean is good. Staf also friendly must visit this property. And no costly avarrage price also. Thank you for everything naba coattage management thankyou so much
