Kettle with dirty water inside All benches are covered with dirt Toilet seat inside full of urine splash Somebody inside the cabinets Not hoovered Bed linen - smoke burn marks seen Stair case- filthy to walk Not worth at all

Location Property was clean TV was working with Netflix All the appliances were in good condition

Was told free parking but there was no free parking. It was street parking and that too was very difficult to find close by. Eventually I abandoned my car somewhere far Only solitary towel for 3 persons. Chairs were broken

I had a fantastic stay at the London en-suite I was with my partner and it was nice big room with coffee machine and microwave and nice bathroom all brand new and modern style I reccomend because the famous ilford lane is only 2 mins away with lots of shops and activities and ilford exchange near by.

Everything was perfect

No heating, shower was leak in the bathroom. Light was coming through the window. No curtain was there in the room. No Micro wave and plate or spoon for eating, chair handle was broken. Unable to lock Toilet door.

Worst experience.Human fluids found on bed linen .Rooms and carpet was not hoovered from ages .I literally had to put the duvet cover for washing myself midnight before I could use .So disguised to even touch the linen that we literally tossed it aside and used our towels to cover the bed. Atleast please be considerate that people come with little kids Shower was broken as well. However the room was spacious ,had oven,coffee machine ,tv and kettle .Bathroom looked good but definitely need cleaning. Could definitely do better if maintained better .charged £55 per night .
