Mani Spot in Almiro

Μας άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία καθώς και η ησυχία που είχε. Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο ,άνετο και έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης.

Κατά την άφιξη μας είχαμε ένα προβληματακι που αφορούσε το σπίτι αλλά λύθηκε άμεσα με την βοήθεια της διαχειριστριας.

We are very thankful to the owners for renting us this beautiful place. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The ground floor has a tiny bathroom, a big living room with kitchen and a dining table. We had everything that we needed or we improvised a bit. There is a Nespresso machine, a few pots, sauce pans, etc. The area is great, quiet and you can relax in the garden. The beach is just a few minutes down the road. We had some delicious food from the tavern up the road Το Στέκι των Αλίκων. They have traditional Greek food and Maniotic specialities. If you want to pick up some nice presents - go to Georgios Tsoukalas in Pyrgos Dírou, just up the road towards Areopolis. The ceramic shop next to him is way too overpriced. Like extremely. If you want to visit Limeni (the little Mykonos, price wise) than good luck and go for food to Oitylo. No crowds, no hysterical tourists and peace. We had food at the Pirate, tavern by the sea, tasty food, nice view and no insta madness. We had a good time and we thank you Mrs. Georgia and Galina for waiting for us and helping us with a few things. We left water for the newcomers (12x1,5l bottles) because the tap water is not drinkable, also you have coffee and sugar in the cupboard.

Great location – just a 10-minute walk to possibly the best beach on the entire Mani peninsula. The house is comfortable, with spacious terraces and easy access from the main road. A peaceful place, surrounded by olive groves. The location is priceless.
