Localização, atendimento.

Quando no quarto, surgiam logo as alergias. Até pensámos estar a ficar doentes. Depois percebemos que deveria estar relacionado com o tapete sob cama, com muito pó. Ao pequeno almoço o leite estava estragado. Quando aquecido, ficou em farrapos. O serviço tratou prontamente do assunto, mas não deveria acontecer.

Es un lugar con mucho encant y muy tranquilo. Es fácil de aparcar. Nos ha mucho.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man immer wieder auch die Ruhe und Rückzug sucht. Der Garten und die Terrasse mit den vielen Sitzmögluchkeiten ist herrlich zum Lesen oder Teetrinken. Das Haushat viel Charme. Schön, dass man sich jederzeit Tee oder Kaffee selbst zubereiten und Kühlschrank sowie Mikrowelle benutzen konnte.

La casa es bonita y el jardín está muy bien

La falta de limpieza, la poca oferta de desayuno, habitación muy justa para 2 personas, no hay una buena relación calidad/precio

The hotel was very clean, set in a lovely building. Beds were made each day, the room cleaned and fresh towels should you require. It was about 15 minutes walk to the beach, which I dont think was too bad, but others may have a different opinion. Overall it was a nice building but I wouldn't stay again.

We did have a few issues, which I will do my best to list/explain to help others. The hotel messaged me the day before asking what time we were arriving, and I let them know we would check in at 4 as the website said, but we were actually due to arrive around 2. They said we could check in from 2 but when we reschedule the hotel the door was locked with no one around, and when I called the number no one answered so we were stood outside 30 minutes until someone came to check us in.she gave us our keys, and told us there was no need to lock the external.gate or the front door. (The front door had a Yale lock, so it locked behind you, and the gate just had a latch) I booked a quadruple room for a family of 4, and the listing stated,'This room includes a terrace.' It did not include a terrace. In fact, we were in the basement with small windows with bars over them and no terrace/balcony or any exit to the outside. I did query this, but they said it was the only room available, but we did see another family being checked into a room with a terrace a few hours after us. Unfortunately, due to the room being underground, it was extremely damp. The shower was in the back of the room, not near windows, so there was nowhere for the steam to escape, adding to the damp. They had done a lovely job of decorating it but the wardrobes smelt really damp and we were unable to put our clothes in there due to the smell. There were also only 5 coat hangers, which for 4 people is nowhere near enough. The listing also stated there was an iron in the room, which was not the case. There is one iron in the main dining room to share between the hotel and isn't keeping in your room. It also said there was a hairdryer in the room, but I had to ask for this, too. I did keep this in the room for the week. There's was no fridge or kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
