Camas confortáveis e localização.

Apesar da informação antecipada de como entrar na acomodação, o sistema de acesso tem várias falhas e os contatos de emergência demoram em responder. Tive que pagar um hotel para não passar a noite na rua.

The room is good value for money. Near the metro station for the line that leads directly to the downtown. Good communication with Marina, who helps with check-in and everything else.

A building is a bit old, so there are some things to improve, for example door hinges , but in general it does not spoil the stay.

I reserved a room, but when I arrived, they were totally booked up because they hadn't checked their online system. And so they kicked me out near midnight, forcing me to search for over an hour to search for an alternative . Now they won't refund me.

Mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej niż o 15, co było bardzo wygodne. Lokalizacja również zasługuje na plus: blisko stacji metra, dzięki czemu dojazd do centrum był szybki i bezproblemowy. Dodatkowym atutem był sprawnie działający internet.

Ściany są bardzo cienkie – słychać wszystko, co dzieje się u sąsiadów, szczególnie w łazience i kuchni. Sama łazienka była dość brudna, a bateria prysznicowa nadawała się do wymiany. Dodatkowo pokój miał okno z kratami wychodzące na łazienkę innego mieszkania, przez co nie tylko było słychać odgłosy, ale też zdarzyło się, że ktoś korzystający z prysznica w tym INNYM MIESZKANIU!!! oblał wodą moje łóżko.

I stayed in this hotel (more like a hostel), and my experience was very disappointing. The room had no curtain on the window, which made it impossible to have any privacy or sleep properly due to the light. When I asked the staff about it, they were rude and unhelpful. The room was also very dirty, and it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The overall cleanliness and service were far below acceptable standards. I booked through Booking.com expecting a decent stay, but this was a huge letdown. Not recommended at all. Avoid if you’re looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.
